Myriad PR has hosted another successful blogger event on behalf of its client, lights by TENA.

To mark the launch of the brand’s updated ‘My PFF’ (pelvic floor fitness) app, fifteen high profile parenting and lifestyle bloggers were invited to learn more about the importance of pelvic floor exercises and the ultra-discreet range of lights by TENA products.

After a brand briefing and interactive demonstration, during which bloggers were challenged to pour bottled water over the products to test their absorbency, attendees were encouraged to try the products for themselves during a high-energy Boogie Bounce fitness class.

The ‘FAB, FUN and FUNKY’ session involved bloggers jumping on individual trampolines to chart-topping music. With exercise being a key trigger for light bladder weakness, the class highlighted the importance of having a strong, toned pelvic floor.

The event secured more than 100 pieces of social media coverage on the day, with attendees taking to platforms to praise the brand for its fun and engaging approach. One blogger was even quoted as saying it was 'the most fun [she's] ever had at a brand event'.
